Michelle Snyder Retiring From CMS

Circle Connections: New Talent Michelle Snyder, COO of the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services and No. 2 official charged with the rollout of the Affordable Care Act federal exchange website, is retiring. Some viewed Snyder's exit as a consequence of the website's very public failure. Snyder is the second administration official to depart since the launch.
