Florida’s Longtime Psychologist Retires From Mental Health Unit
Circle Connections: New Talent On Monday December 31st, seventy-five-year-old Leo Salter made his last assessments, retiring after nearly four decades of serving the Daytona Beach community's mental health needs. Leo Salter's job as chief clinical psychologist was to evaluate patients and recommend whether they should be released or referred to psychiatric services.
