Kitsap County Commissioners Approve Mental Health Sales Tax
Circle Connections: Policy & Regulatory Updates Kitsap County commissioners voted unanimously Monday evening to institute a .01 percent sales tax for mental health and substance abuse programs. The ordinance goes into effect Jan. 1 and is expected to raise about $3 million per year.
