North Carolina’s State Decision Takes Mental-Health Services From Mecklenburg County Control
Circle Connections: Policy & Regulatory Updates MeckLINK Behavioral Healthcare still intends to move forward with plans to provide mental-health services to Medicaid patients in Mecklenburg County, despite a state decision to assign those services to another organization. North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services acting secretary Albert Delia sent MeckLINK a letter on December 31st, saying the waiver required to provide those services had been reassigned to Cardinal Innovations HealthCare Solutions.
