Circle Connections: New Products & Services After two years of construction, Ohio Valley Medical Center cut the ribbon for a new facility aimed to help youth with behavioral health problems. The Robert C. Byrd Child and Adolescent Behavioral Health Center has 30 private rooms, all for young people who are having issues and need a place to get treatment.
