Arizona Launches Mental Health Court In Glendale
Circle Connections: Policy & Regulatory Updates Glendale's City Court held its first Mental Health Court on Wednesday. The goal is helping to maintain psychiatric stability of defendants with mental illness, according to presiding judge Elizabeth Finn. She said it will help to reduce repeat offenders and eliminate the high costs associated with court-ordered psychiatric evaluations.
