Circle Connections: New Products & Services Campbell County Memorial Hospital Behavioral Health Services (BHS) now has walk-in times available for psychiatric services, mental health counseling services, and substance abuse services. Research has shown that offering same-day access will reduce no-shows, improve access, increase capacity, and improve client follow through and adherence to treatment. For all services, clients are seen on a first come, first served basis and are charged on a sliding fee scale. Proof of income is required.
