New Hampshire Hospitals & Harbor Homes Join Forces To Move Mental Health Patients Out Of Emergency Rooms
Circle Connections: New Products & Services Nashua, New Hampshire's two hospitals and Harbor Homes have begun a program to shift people with mental health issues out of emergency rooms. Under the program, which began in March and will roll out during the year, patients who come to emergency departments with mental health issues, but don't have other reasons to stay in the ER, will be brought to the Harbor Homes facility on High Street for assessment and treatment.
