Liberty Healthcare & Rehabilitation Services Planning Skilled Nursing Facilities In Kernersville and Winston-Salem, North Carolina

Circle Connections: New Products & Services Liberty Healthcare & Rehabilitation Services is planning to build two skilled nursing facilities in Winston-Salem and Kernersville at a combined cost of $37.5 million, pending state approval. The two 100-bed complexes would replace Springwood Healthcare Center, the 200-bed facility near University Parkway and Shattalon Drive owned by Forsyth County that Wilmington-based Liberty has been leasing since April 2012.
