Twelve Oaks Recovery Center, a premier provider of addiction treatment services located in Navarre, FL, has announced a new, free Assessment and Resource Center (ARC) in the heart of Polk, Highlands and Hardee counties that will act as a link between healthcare service providers and local citizens.
