Washington D.C. Mayor Gray Announces New Department Of Behavioral Health

Circle Connections: Mergers & Acquisitions Mayor Vincent Gray on January 11th announced the creation of a new agency designed to better coordinate treatment and services for city residents with mental health and substance use-related disorders.
