Circle Connections: Mergers & Acquisitions The Chardon Healing Fund and the Geauga County Board of Mental Health and Recovery Services have announced a new partnership designed to meet the behavioral health needs of local residents. As a result of the Chardon High School shooting on Feb. 27, 2012, the two groups have joined together in an effort to ensure that any person in need of behavioral health services is able to access them.
