Circle Connections: Mergers & Acquisitions A longtime professional friendship between the CEOs of two Johnson County technology companies has helped forge a key partnership between Netsmart Technologies and Perceptive Software LLC. Netsmart CEO Mike Valentine said that the Overland Park company would eliminate more than a handful of electronic document management providers and roll software from Shawnee-based Perceptive into its behavioral health care technology.
