Tennessee’s Acadia Makes $92M Behavioral Health Hospital & Clinics Acquisition
Circle Connections: Mergers & Acquisitions Acadia Healthcare has signed an agreement to buy two companies with operations in Florida and Puerto Rico for more than $90 million. The agreement between Franklin-based Acadia and Ten Broeck Tampa and Capestrano Investment covers a 108-bed behavioral health care hospital and 10 clinics in Puerto Rico as well as a 75-bed inpatient behavioral hospital being built in Tampa.
