Circle Connections: Mergers & Acquisitions Southwestern Healthcare, Inc. (Southwestern) and Youth Service Bureau (YSB) announced Wednesday that they have reached an agreement to merge YSB into Southwestern‘s corporate healthcare system beginning June 1.
