Strategic Behavioral Health Purchases New Mexico Inpatient Psychiatric Facility

Circle Connections: Mergers & Acquisitions Strategic Behavioral Health LLC, a Memphis-based operator and developer of inpatient mental health facilities, has acquired a 119-bed facility in Santa Teresa, New Mexico, the organization announced. The transaction mirrors Strategic's January 2012 acquisition of two inpatient facilities in Las Vegas, both of which were also formerly owned by Universal Health Services Inc., a publicly traded operator of inpatient mental health facilities.
