SuccessEHS Acquired By Vitera Healthcare

Circle Connections: Mergers & Acquisitions Birmingham-based medical records company SuccessEHS has been acquired by Vitera Healthcare Solutions. W. Sanders Pitman is CEO of SuccessEHS. SuccessEHS recently doubled in size, hiring 165 new employees in 2011 and 130 in 2012. After the acquisition deal is approved, SuccessEHS will operate as a division of Tampa-based Vitera. The acquisition will mean Vitera serves more than 10,500 medical organizations nationwide. This was reported by the Birmingham Business Journal on June 18, 2013.
