Massachusetts’ Winchester Hospital To Merge With Lahey Health

Circle Connections: Mergers & Acquisitions Winchester Hospital, one of the few remaining independent community hospitals in the Boston area, has taken the first step toward a merger with Lahey Health, the parent of Lahey Hospital in Burlington. Winchester's board of directors voted to enter into a letter of intent to affiliate with Lahey Health, after an almost year- long process aimed at identifying a partner for the hospital.
