New York Nonprofit Agencies That Serve People With Disabilities Announce Merger
Circle Connections: Mergers & Acquisitions Two Syracuse nonprofit agencies that serve people with disabilities and other health issues are merging. Enable and Transitional Living Services (TLS) announced that they will join forces to form a new agency serving people with developmental disabilities, behavioral health issues and other health concerns.
