Massachusetts’ Partners HealthCare Signs Deal To Acquire Hallmark Hospitals
Circle Connections: Mergers & Acquisitions Partners HealthCare has signed an agreement to acquire the two hospitals of Hallmark Health, folding them into what is already the state's largest health care system. The deal would vastly change the mission of one of those hospitals, and one of two campuses of Partners' North Shore Medical Center.
