Florida’s Southwest Florida Addiction Services and Lee Mental Health Center Explore Merger
Mergers & Acquisitions A possible merger between Southwest Florida Addiction Services (SWFAS) and Lee Mental Health Center, a deal aimed at streamlining treatment services, could be cemented as soon as January. The arrangement, negotiations for which were announced Monday, would combine two of Lee County's top mental health treatment providers and affect roughly 17,000 patients in Southwest Florida.
