Two Vermont Mental Health Agencies In Burlington County To Merge
Circle Connections: Mergers & Acquisitions Two social service agencies in Burlington County have announced plans to merge. The Drenk Center and The Children's Home, once combined, will be called Legacy Treatment Services and will employ more than 700 people. No layoffs are planned, said Roy Leitstein, a Children's Home executive who will be the merged agency's CEO. Hainesport-based Drenk Center provides behavioral health services, including psychiatric care, substance abuse programs, homeless outreach and foster care.
