Pamela Shipman Receives Allan D. Spader Award

Pamela Shipman received the North Carolina Council of Community Programs 2015 Allan D. Spader Award to recognize her leadership and collaborative efforts on behalf of the mental health, intellectual/developmental disabilities, and substance abuse (MH/I-DD/SA) service system. Shipman was honored at a special awards luncheon in Raleigh on June 8, 2015, hosted by the NC Council of Community Programs and attended by over 300 MH/I-DD/SA professionals.
