North Texas Behavioral Health Authority Preliminary Local Plan for Indigent Behavioral Health Services

In this document released on March 15, 2015, the North Texas Behavioral Health Authority presented preliminary plans to administer public non-Medicaid behavioral health services for its six member counties starting January 1, 2017. The plans were submitted to the Texas Department of State Health Services. The members are Dallas, Ellis, Hunt, Kaufman, Navarro, and Rockwall counties.
