Kennedy Health Alliance Receives NJAFP Patient-Centered Innovation Award

Kennedy Health Alliance (KHA) was awarded a Patient-Centered Innovation Award by the New Jersey Academy of Family Physicians (NJAFP). The NJAFP Patient-Centered Innovation Awards are presented annually to medical practices that use innovative methods and programs to enhance excellence in patient-centered care. Submissions are judged on creativity, replication, timeliness, efficiency, value, collaboration, and measurement.
