The Kansas Department of Aging and Disability Services (KDADS) Behavioral Health Services (BHS) Division released the request for proposals (RFP EVT0003665) on March 31, 2015, with proposals due by April 30, 2015. The RFP sought proposals for an integrated, comprehensive prevention system inclusive of multiple behavioral health concerns. Previously, BHS prevention services were focused on specific conditions, such as substance abuse, problem gambling, and mental health and suicide prevention.
