Villa Healthcare Acquires 10 Michigan Facilities

Villa Healthcare announced that it took ownership of Bortz Health Care Facilities in Michigan. This is Villa’s largest acquisition to date, and it adds 10 new health care facilities in Michigan. Villa’s comprehensive services include short term rehabilitation, orthopedic care, pulmonary care, and long-term care, among others. Financial details of the acquisition were not disclosed.
