USC Alzheimer’s Therapeutic Research Institute Names Director
The Keck School of Medicine of the University of Southern California (USC) has established the USC Alzheimer’s Therapeutic Research Institute (USC ATRI) in San Diego. To lead this program as director is Paul Aisen. He took over the role, effective June 21, 2015. From 2007 through 2015, Aisen was a professor in the Department of Neurosciences at the University of California, San Diego, and director of the Alzheimer’s Disease Cooperative Study.
