Updates To The §1915 (c) Waiver Instructions & Technical Guide Regarding Employment & Employment Related Services

2011 Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) informational bulletin clarifying CMS guidance on development and implementation of employment and employment related services as a benefit under a 1915(c) waiver. This guidance does not constitute new policy, but rather highlights the opportunities available to use waiver supports to increase employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities within current policy.
