New York Partnership Plan
Most recently amended in July 2015, the New York Partnership Plan is New York’s 1115 Medicaid demonstration waiver. The demonstration allows the majority of New York's Medicaid population to be served by either full-risk or partially capitated managed care organizations (MCOs). Most recently, the waiver allows the state to enroll individuals with SMI in comprehensive Health Action and Recovery Plans, as well as, moves behavioral health services from the fee-for-service delivery system to the MCOs . . .
