The Future Of Long-Term Care In New York State: September 2015 Stakeholder Presentation
In this September 29, 2015 presentation to stakeholders, The New York Department of Health outlines their future plans to deliver managed long-term services and supports to Medicaid beneficiaries. The state plans to redesign the current Managed Long-Term Care (MLTC) program to include additional services and care coordination. The redesigned program will be called MLTC Plus. Additionally, the state is proposing changes to their dual demonstration with the Centers for Medicaid and Medicare Services called Fully Integrated Duals Advantage (FIDA).
