Medicare Program; Revisions to Payment Policies Under the Physician Fee Schedule and Other Revisions to Part B for CY 2016

This document was released on November 16, 2015 by the federal Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS). The final rule updates the Medicare Part B physician fee schedule for calendar year 2016.  It includes new codes for telemedicine services provided in hospital inpatient and skilled nursing facility settings.
