Oregon Health Authority FAQ: Mental Health Residential Treatment System Transition To CCOs
This status update from the Oregon Health Authority, published June 2015, details the state's progress in transitioning adult mental health residential treatment services into coordinated care. The state of Oregon plans to transition management of all adult mental health residential treatment services to the coordinated care organizations (CCOs) by July 2017. CCOs are full risk-bearing entities that receive global capitation payments for delivery of Medicaid physical and behavioral health services, including Medicare funding for dual eligible members.
