New York Alzheimer’s Disease Caregiver Support Initiative Presentation To The National Advisory Council On Alzheimer’s Research, Care & Services
On July 27, 2015, the New York Department of Health (DOH) presented details about its Alzheimer's Disease Caregiver Support Initiative to the national Advisory Council On Alzheimer's Research, Care, and Services. The initiative has five components: the Statewide Caregiver Project, Centers of Excellence for AlzheimerÂ’s Disease, AlzheimerÂ’s Disease Community Assistance Program, Caregiver Support For Underserved Populations, and project evaluation.
