Keystone Human Services Board Appoints President-Elect, Charles J. Hooker, III
Current president of Keystone Human Services, Dennis W. Felty announced that the Keystone Human Services Board has appointed Charles J. Hooker, III as President-Elect for KHS. This is the next step in a very extensive and thoughtful executive succession process in anticipation of my retirement. As President-Elect, Mr. Hooker will assume the role of KHS President and CEO in the fall of this year. At that time, he will move into the full time position of Founding President of Keystone and will serve in that role until October 2018.
