This report describes the specifications for beneficiary assignment and the shared savings and
losses calculations under the Medicare Shared Savings Program (Shared Savings Program) pursuant to policies established by the Shared Savings Program’s November 2011 final rule (76 FR 67802) and as amended by the June 2015 final rule (80 FR 32692), and codified at 42 CFR part 425.
