A high-ranking Department of Human Services attorney will serve as interim director of the agency’s Division of Children and Family Services until a permanent director is named. Mischa Martin will begin working immediately with outgoing DCFS Director Cecile Blucker to ensure a smooth transition and will take over as interim director April 1.
