It presents demonstration requirements for assessment, service planning and authorization, and ongoing care management for the OPWDD Fully-Integrated Duals Advantage Plan -Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (FIDA-IDD) plan operated by Partners Health Plan. The services went live on April 1, 2016. The FIDA-IDD plan is for adults age 21 and older living in the nine selected counties for the demonstration, who are fully eligible for both Medicare and Medicaid coverage, and who receive long-term care and developmental disability services . . .
