North Carolina DHHS Mental Health Regional Consolidation Announcement

In this notice released on March 17, 2016, the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) announced approval of mergers between the eight public behavioral health managed care organizations (MCOs) to form four regional behavioral health entities.
