New Mexico Senate Bill 113 Of 2016: New Mexico Assisted Outpatient Treatment Act

The legislation was signed on March 9, 2016, to allow court-ordered assisted outpatient treatment for people with untreated mental illness. The law goes into effect on July 1, 2016.
