In this report released in August 2014, the Office of the District of Columbia Auditor reviewed the D.C Children and Youth Investment Trust Corporation (DC Trust). The auditor was unable to determine that DC Trust had complied with governance and internal controls. In the sample of documents for the past few fiscal years reviewed for the audit, DC Trust lacked sufficient evidence or documentation to support grant payments.
