Montana Developmental Center SB411 Transition Proposal

This presentation was released on February 24, 2016 by the Montana Department of Public Health & Human Services (DPHHS) for the Montana Developmental Center (MDC) Transition Planning Advisory Council.  The presentation explains the state's plans for closing the MDC and transitioning the residents to community-based settings and supportive services.
