Touchstream Solutions Is Acquired By Health Care Software Provider

TouchStream Solutions, a health information technology startup based in Buffalo’s Z80 Labs technology incubator, has been acquired by a provider of cloud-based software for the health care industry, the first exit for a Z80 Labs tenant. The name of the company that has acquired TouchStream, and the terms of the transaction, were not yet revealed. Joel Benzel, TouchStream Solutions’ founder and president, said in an interview that the privately held buyer declined to be identified until the operations of the two companies are fully integrated, a process that could take months to complete.
