NJ FamilyCare 1115 Comprehensive Waiver Demonstration, Draft Application For Renewal

On June 10, 2016, the New Jersey Department of Human Services (DHS) released this draft waiver amendment for renewing its Medicaid 1115 waiver which expires in 2017. DHS is accepting public comment through July 10, 2016. Topics include proposals to: increase services and supports for people diagnosed with both developmental disability and a mental health disorder, move to an integrated behavioral health delivery system of care; develop a seamless reentry system for offenders; expand the use of the High-Fidelity Housing First (HFHF) model for beneficiaries at risk of homelessness; and implement value-based purchasing . . .
