Massachusetts Medicaid 1115 Waiver Renewal & Amendments

On June 15, 2016, the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Executive Office of Health and Human Services, Office of Medicaid released this waiver amendment and extension request. This request for amendment will support a value-based restructuring of MassHealth’'s health care delivery and payment system, including a proposal for $1.8 billion of Delivery System Reform Incentive Program (DSRIP) investments over five years to transition the Massachusetts delivery system into accountable care models.
