David Mitchell Named Director Of Mountain Region Prisons In Western North Carolina

The Division of Adult Correction and Juvenile Justice has named David Mitchell as the director of its Mountain Region prisons, overseeing 15 prison facilities in western North Carolina. Mitchell is a 28-year corrections veteran who most recently served as administrator at Lanesboro Correctional Institution.
