Catholic Charities Announce Meg Goorley As New Executive Director
Catholic Charities of North Louisiana has announced the hiring of Meg Goorley as executive director for the organization. Goorley began her new role July 1 and brings to Catholic Charities over 30 years of experience in nonprofit organizations throughout Northwest Louisiana. Prior to coming to Catholic Charities, she was the director of development for the Food Bank of Northwest Louisiana. A longtime community volunteer, Goorley served as parent teacher student association president for Byrd High School, the high school with the largest alumni association in the U.S., as well as past president for the Shreveport Bar Auxiliary, Caddo-Bossier . . .
