On July 19, 2016, the Disability Rights Center-New Hampshire (DRC-NH) and the American Civil Liberties Union of New Hampshire (ACLU-NH) sent this letter to the New Hampshire Supreme Court. The two organizations asked the court not to move forward with the state attorney general's interpretation of a recent state law provision regarding reporting to to the National Instant Criminal Background Check System.
