Adverse Events In Rehabilitation Hospitals: National Incidence Among Medicare Beneficiaries

In July 2016, the federal Department of Health and Human Services (DHS) released this report regarding the national incidence among Medicare beneficiaries. This report is part of a series on adverse events in health care settings, defined as harm resulting from medical care.
