Chicago Public Schools: School Quality Rating Policy (SQRP) Overview
The Chicago Public Schools (CPS) Board of Education released this overview in December 2014 to explain its new school quality reporting system. CPS is now using the School Quality Rating Policy (SQRP) for all CPS sites, and in October 2015, began using SQRP scores as a basis for decisions on charter school expansions and contract retention.
